Clinics for beginning players, ages 11-14 (and younger as needed), are available from Patrick and Joan Sloyan at Asheboro Racquet and Swim Club located on Dave's Mountain. Certified professionals introduce older kids to tennis on clay courts in an informal atmosphere. Racquets and balls are provided. Call 629-7580 fo more information.
